10. AWS and GitHub Integration

By connecting your AWS account and GitHub account to PipeChecks.io, you authorize us to access these accounts for the limited purpose of:

• Reading CodePipeline execution status and history
• Creating GitHub commit statuses and checks
• Retrieving repository information for display purposes

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the authority to grant these permissions
• Maintaining the security of your AWS and GitHub credentials
• Any actions performed through the Service using your credentials

You may revoke access at any time through your AWS IAM console or GitHub settings. AWS and GitHub are third-party services subject to their own terms of service.

11. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service in any way that:

• Is illegal, unlawful, or violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on any intellectual property rights or other rights of others
• Harms or exploits children
• Involves spam, phishing, or deceptive practices
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Introduces viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interferes with the normal operation of the Service
• Involves harassment, intimidation, or abuse of other users

12. Intellectual Property
